How to Install Soft Close Sliding Door Roller?

Sliding door rollers are widely used in kitchen and cabinet doors, below is one of our hot selling sliding door rollers, we Temax show how to install it step by step.

1.Open Slot at the bottom of the wooden door; (Slot size: 12.2mm wide; 18mm high)

The whole set unit:Buffering roller(Model:M940D)& Accessory & RailScrewdriver & Ruler & Pencil

2. Mount the stir button:

Confirming the first stir button’s location by ruler: 210mm away from the left end of the rail

3.Fix the first stir button

4.Put into the buffering roller

5. Mount the second stir button:

Calculate and Confirm the location by ruler: Formula=Door width-550mm+245mm

6.Fix the second stir button

7.Confirm the location of clip on plate: 20mm away from the edge of door

8.Mount the clip on plate

9.Mount the rail

10.Mount the stopper;  (keep Center)

11.Hang the wooden door and make adjustment

12.Showing(sliding to test it)
